general costs to be expected when renting Macaw Mountain
are:

Restrictions
The Park does not welcome amplified music or any other activity
that might harm or disturb the birds, facilities or gardens. The owners reserve
the exclusive right to review and alter all aspects of planned events. |

Hosting Events
At The Park
Macaw
Mountain is a perfect place to host your next event.
We
welcome day or evening celebrations: birthdays,
weddings, conferences, diplomatic receptions, anniversaries, graduations and
other such events.

Capacity
The restaurant holds up to 100 people under the roofed area. Depending upon
the event’s plan and seating choices, we can accommodate between
150-300 people filling all our event areas: restaurant, the wooden bridge,
the natural pool patio, and the educational area.

For
catered events with formal seating, we can accommodate
up to 150 guests. For an informal buffet with partial seating,
we can accommodate up to 200 guests. We can host a cocktail
party for up to 300 people and for conference meetings
during park hours, we can host 30-70 people.

Planning
When planning your event, we provide an in-house event planner to coordinate
all your in-house needs. But we do require you to hire an experienced
event planner to address your event’s special needs.
We offer recommendations of excellent local and regional event planners.
